Candidate information and political content may be subject to third-party rights and fair use provisions.

While we strive to provide accurate, verified information about candidates and electoral processes, we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy or completeness. Information such as campaign schedules, candidate positions, and event details may change without notice.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount of one hundred thousand Ugandan shillings (UGX 100,000) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months.

UG Ballot 2026 is not responsible for electoral decisions, voting choices, or any actions taken based on information provided through our Platform. Always verify information through official electoral bodies.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UG Ballot 2026 and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Kampala, Uganda, before pursuing other legal remedies.
